Chaplain Program

Our volunteer Police Chaplain Program is an essential benefit to the Rockwall Police Department. Police Chaplains provide religious services and comfort to members of the department and their families, and assist officers while serving the citizens of our community. They promote good will and foster good relations between the department and the community and provide specialized services to the community as directed. Police Chaplains represent the Rockwall Police Department in a professional, moral and ethical manner reflective upon the special calling of their religious faith and our high standards of conduct.

The Rockwall Police Department currently has two Chaplains assigned to this program.
